No. 1: Bridge Acquisitions, Asset Management and Dispositions LLC purchased 608 multifamily units at 10555 W. Jewell Ave. in Lakewood for $160.7 million from CH Waterfront Communities I LLC and CH Waterfront Communities II LLC. Dan Woodward, David Potarf, Matt Barnett and Jake Young of Walker & Dunlop represented the seller.

No. 2: Principal Real Estate Investors purchased Buildings 4 and 5 within the 76 Commerce Center logistics park at 22600 and 22700 E. I-76 Frontage Road in Brighton for $85.3 million from Mortenson Properties Inc. and Hyde Development. The buildings total 618,480 square feet and are fully leased. Tyler Carner, Jeremy Ballenger,Jessica Ostermick, Judson Welliver, Sonja Dusil and Bentley Smith of CBRE represented the seller.

No. 3: Zeme Capital and Strat Ventures purchased Lyric No. 39, a six-story building at 4390 W. 39th Ave. in Denver with 39 apartments and 4,185 square feet of retail space, for $20.4 million from Alpine Investments. Construction was substantially completed last quarter.
