At Strat Ventures, we source, acquire, operate and develop multifamily and mixed-use assets in Denver and the mountain west sub-markets that add community value and provide outsized returns to our investors. Our approach has been honed through years of experience analyzing key demographics and studying market data, allowing us to identify and capitalize on unique and off-market opportunities. We look for assets in neighborhoods with high barriers to entry, bringing our institutional mindset and due diligence to bear optimal results.
